To Whom it May Concern,

Back in March of 2008 Chip was recommended to Dave and myself to sell our house in Cypress, Ca. Chip made some suggestions regarding painting and some landscaping to make the house look for desirable for sale. We took his suggestions and painted and did some landscaping and the house sold in approximately 11 days. We even got more money than we asked. His diligence and professionalism was invaluable because this particular listing was between two people in the midst of a divorce. Both Sellers were not on speaking terms. Chip had to deal with attorneys to complete the sale. His perseverance made it happen.

At the same time, Dave and I needed to find a property for ourselves. Chip took me to several houses and we settled on a house in Fountain Valley. He worked so hard with allot of paperwork to get Dave and me into the House as soon as possible. (our other house was In escrow) so we needed the escrow to close as soon as possible so we could move in. All this happened within a few months.
